You’re not an agency that competes on price rather than quality. You’re not a megagalactic translation clearing house that’s got me on a list of suckers translators BCC’d on your latest who-cares-what-field-it-is-haven’t-even-got-the-job-yet-but-it’s-due-yesterday project. And you’re most definitely not anyone – direct client or agency – who needs reminder after reminder after reminder to cough up my payment. I will stick scrupulously to my side of our agreement: I expect you to do the same.
